Our Wedding

Jenny and Rudy first met in September of 2017 at the University of Nevada, Reno at a social between her sorority and his fraternity. Jenny recognized him as they had gone to the same high school in Las Vegas, although they never knew each other there. From a first encounter to a quick friendship, Jenny and Rudy found themselves hanging out often and many times talking for hours. Although they spent a long time being "just friends" it was apparent to almost everyone that it was more than that. Nevertheless, it took until June of 2019 for them to become "official". Their relationship took them through the rest of college, with Rudy graduating in 2020 and Jenny in 2021. They enjoyed another year in Reno together until June of 2022 when they moved back to Las Vegas where Jenny began medical school and Rudy began a career in sales. They navigated busy school and work schedules-- and living with their parents again-- but the greatest constant was going through each step together. In April 2024 their hard work came to fruition when they bought their first house in Las Vegas. Each chapter of life has provided countless memories and inevitable challenges, but Jenny and Rudy have shown their commitment to growing together and supporting each other through each new adventure. On November 2, 2024, at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park, Rudy asked Jenny to spend forever together. The answer was an easy yes. Although Jenny and Rudy are now more than "just friends" we look forward to sharing our lives together as best friends and partners. Thank you to each of you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to share our wedding day and a lifetime of love ahead.

AirBnB and VRBO both offer a large variety of vacation rentals located within Incline Village and surrounding areas. We highly recommend booking one with friends and family also attending.

The Hyatt Incline Village is centrally located within Incline Village and is in close proximity to all wedding events. There are restaurants and bars on property. They also offer an airport shuttle and shuttling through Incline Village.

The Incline Lodge is a boutique hotel with only 38 rooms but also offers central location to all wedding events.

Travel

Due to the holiday weekend, you will have to get there early, however, this is one of the most fun beaches to be at. Just up the road is a more hidden beach, Bonsai Rock, if you are up for a challenging hike down (and back up) from the highway.

Sand Harbor State Park

Go out for a hike and experience some of the best and brightest views Lake Tahoe has to offer. There are a TON of mountain bike trails if you're planning to bring your bike.

Relaxed environment with bowling, bocce ball, and a dinning area.

Bowl Incline

Just over the border into California, Kings Beach Mini Golf is a fun way to hone in those putting skills before hitting the Championship Golf Course before the wedding. ;)

If you're up for a quick drive, Downtown Truckee is a unique and boutique area with bars, dining, and shopping. Right next to the railroad for all our train enthusiast.
